Continuing Education Classes

Continuing Education must be completed by all REALTORS® who have already renewed their license at least once. If this is the first time you will be renewing your license, please visit the Post Licensure page to review your credit requirements.

Continuing Education Requirements for Salespersons

You need 16 total continuing education credits to renew your REALTOR license. Of those, 8 hours must be in the required topics:

• 3 hours Ethics
• 2 hours Fair Housing
• 1 hour Contracts
• 1 hour Agency
• 1 hour Law/Legal Updates

The remaining 8 hours may be in any real-estate related subject.
