Carson Named Principal Broker of Century 21 Manley Associates

(Charlottesville, VA)--Douglas Manley of Century 21 Manley Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce the installation of Timothy P. Carson as new Principal Broker. Manley will remain on board as an Associate Broker.

Century 21 Manley is pleased that Carson has achieved this milestone in his career. “It’s an exciting time to be with the CENTURY 21® System as we continue to increase our presence in the Charlottesville area,” the new Principal Broker said.

Carson will continue to specialize in listing and selling residential, commercial, investment, land, farm, and new construction. He prides himself on providing honest advice and quality service and on utilizing smart business practices.

With over 24 years of experience, Carson presently serves on the Board of Directors for the Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® (CAAR) and on the Professional Standards Committee & Ethics Hearing Pool. He is a CENTURY21 system award winner of the prestigious CENTURION award, graduate of the REALTORS® Institute of Virginia, a Century 21 Residential Specialist, Investment Specialist, and winner of the CAAR Honor Society Award for 14 years.

Community Events of Note

Meeting Scheduled on Crozet’s West Village Neighborhood

(Crozet, VA)--The new West Village neighborhood will be a sustainable, accessible, intergenerational, healthy, inclusive neighborhood by Green Earth Development Group. It is envisioned as a seamless extension of the historic Village of Crozet. The 9.92-acre site just west of Blue Ridge Avenue will gradually take shape over the next several years.

The public is invited to a special pre-development open house on Saturday, February 27 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Crozet United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.

Attendees will be able to meet the development team, sign up to participate in West Village focus groups, and complete a short Crozet Housing Needs Survey to help plan and design West Village. Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
