Next time you are at the CAAR office or Hillsdale Conference Center, please browse a variety of DEI publications and check out a book for up to three weeks. Don't forget to also take a custom DEI bookmark with helpful QR codes.

o CAAR received a $1,000 National Association of REALTORS Diversity Grant to send Vice-Chair Anna Antigua to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Homeownership & Wealth Building Conference
o DEI Council requested a LGBTQ+ overview with speaker Jason Elliott as part of the March General Membership Meeting. In addition, a dedicated LGBTQ+ training class was held with Jason Elliott in March. Both sessions are available on the CAAR YouTube channel. The LGBTQ+ training will be offered again on Thurs., Nov. 9th from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Hillsdale Conference Center.

o DEI Council requested a disability inclusion and awareness overview with speakers Joe Jamison and Cory Paradis of VisitAble LLC as part of the May General Membership Meeting on Thurs., May 18th from 9 - 10:30 a.m. at the Hillsdale Conference Center/Zoom. In addition, a dedicated disability inclusion and awareness training with the same speakers will be held on Thurs. June 1st from 10 - 11 a.m. at the Hillsdale Conference Center. This class will include 1 hr. of Related continuing education (CE) credit.
